After two year's independent R & D by Sinotruk Jinan Axle & Transmission Company, Sinotruk Lean Manufacturing Executive System (LMES) is formally launched recently. Lean Manufacturing Executive System (LMES) is a new type of information administration system supporting lean-production established by means of integrated ERP enterprise business administration and MES manufacturing executive section according to the demand of Sinotruk’s manufacturing organization methods. At present, LMES system boasts more than 150 customer stations extensively distributing throughout each manufacturing line, finished products warehouse, provider and the third logistics etc, with “Directly Through” system covering each station makes the information transmission almost “zero time difference”. LMES is not the administration instrument in traditional value any more, it has become the supporting platform for basic business management and the backbone of basic administration. LMES system has improved the working efficiency of each relative department with a smooth operation, convenient control and precise and punctual data over one year, with extensively recognized by customers. The establishment and application of LMES system has solved several problems emerged from long term administration practice, especially saved large amount of funds for the Company in the aspect of cost control, with the acceleration of the capital turn over and outstanding effect.
